Payment Terms

  • A 14-days free trial is available to new subscribers only (if offered). You will not be charged during the trial.
  • Billing start: If a trial is not canceled before it ends, the subscription will automatically start and the payment method on file will be charged the then-current subscription price.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew on the selected billing cycle until canceled.
  • Cancellation: Cancel via Account settings or contact support; cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund past billing periods.
  • Taxes and fees: Applicable taxes and fees may be added and will be itemized at checkout.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices; changes to recurring charges will be communicated in advance and do not affect charges already billed.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not automatic; requests are handled case-by-case. Contact support to request a refund.
