The Holland Code assessment and career guidance provided by EVisionSA ("Ti TiVi") is primarily delivered through artificial intelligence technology. By using our services, you acknowledge:
- The Holland Code assessment is AI-powered unless explicitly stated as personal coaching
- Results are algorithmic recommendations based on your inputs
- Personal coaching services, when offered, will be clearly marked as such
2. Data Collection and Usage
By using EVisionSA services, you consent to:
- The collection and storage of your assessment data
- The use of your anonymized data for labour market intelligence
- The processing of your information to improve our AI systems
Labour Intelligence System: Your data contributes to our understanding of South African career trends and workforce development. This helps us improve career guidance for all users.
3. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data:
- All personal information is encrypted and securely stored
- Data is processed in compliance with POPIA regulations
- Your information is never sold to third parties
- Access to personal data is strictly controlled
4. Service Limitations and User Success
Users should understand that:
- Career recommendations are guidance, not guarantees
- The Holland Code is one of many career assessment tools
- Success depends on multiple factors beyond assessment results
- Users should verify all information independently
Responsibility for Success: While EVisionSA provides career guidance tools and resources, the ultimate responsibility for career success lies with the user. Success depends on various factors including but not limited to:
- Individual effort and dedication
- Market conditions and opportunities
- Personal circumstances and timing
- Implementation of guidance received
- Additional skills development and networking
EVisionSA does not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or income levels. Users are responsible for their own career decisions and actions taken based on our guidance.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
Our service structure includes:
Free Services
Initial career assessment and basic guidance features are provided free of charge.
Premium Services
Access to advanced career tools, AI-powered guidance, and personalized reports requires payment through one of the following options:
- Annual Payment: R1,800 once-off payment for 12 months access (save 25%)
- Monthly Subscription: R200 per month for 12 months (R2,400 total)
- One-Time Report: R350 for a single, personalized career roadmap report (no ongoing access)
Important Payment Terms
- By selecting the monthly payment option, users commit to a full 12-month contract period
- Early cancellation is not permitted during the 12-month subscription period
- Monthly payments must be made on time as per the payment schedule
- Missed payments will result in service suspension
- Outstanding amounts will be subject to debt recovery procedures
- Users are liable for the full contract amount regardless of usage
Billing and Invoicing
- Invoices are issued electronically to the email address provided at signup
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, EFT, or other methods as specified on the platform
- Receipts are provided for all successful payments
Debt Recovery Notice
In the event of payment default:
- Outstanding amounts will be subject to debt collection
- Legal costs associated with recovery will be charged to the user
- Credit record may be affected by payment defaults
- Users remain liable for the full contract period amount
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information during assessments
- Keep login credentials secure
- Use the platform for legitimate career development purposes
- Not attempt to manipulate or deceive the AI system
7. Modifications to Service
EVisionSA reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services with notice
- Update these terms as needed
- Improve AI algorithms and assessment tools
